Bangalore: Private AC bus catches fire

In a tragic incident a bus travelling from Davangere in Karnataka to Bangalore caught fire early on Wednesday morning. Six people were burnt to death in the incident.
The Sleeper AC bus had 29 people on board. The driver is absconding after the incident.
"As told by passengers, the driver first noticed the fire and then rammed into the sidewall of the highway maybe to break the window panes of the bus so that the passenger could escape through the routes," added the Chitradurga SP.
