Baghpat's BJP candidate Satyapal Singh's car attacked

BJP candidate and former Mumbai police chief Satyapal Singh's motorcade was attacked on Thursday in Uttar Pradesh when he was proceeding to check allegations of bogus voting.

The attack, by unidentified men, took place when Satyapal Singh was going to Malakpur village in Baghpat constituency. Some villagers reportedly manhandled him, an official said.
