PM Manmohan Singh dubs as "misleading propaganda" the opposition's charge that the country's development suffered under UPA rule.
Dwelling at length on the performance of the UPA rule, Singh dubbed as "misleading propaganda" the opposition charge that growth and development had suffered in the last 10 years.
Striking a personal note, Singh said he had served the country with "honesty, commitment and hard work" not only as prime minister but also in whatever position he held earlier.
He said the country has been able to make significant progress during UPA rule compared to any other regime after Independence.
