Rs 5000 per person is all you get for being gang-raped in a village in U.P's Bijnor district.
Its a shocking case of apathy from BIjnor where a minor was told by the village panchayat to not file an FIR as they had announced a fine of Rs 5000 for the accused.
The victim's family was pressurized by the village panchayat for three days. The family has finally reported the case to the police, but they are still waiting for a concrete action from the cops.
