A day after the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) and Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) members fought a pitched battle in the national capital and in Lucknow, leaders of the principle opposition party on Thursday met Chief Election Commissioner VS Sampath to seek action against the new political outfit.

BJP leaders Dr Harsh Vardhan, Mukhtar Abbas Naqvi and Nalin Kohli met the Election Commissioner.

Meanwhile, some reports said that AAP members may also meet the EC later today to file a complaint against the BJP.
