Anna Hazare, Mamata Banerjee jointly address media

Anti-corruption crusader Anna Hazare on Wednesday extended his support to West Bengal Chief Minister Mamata Banerjee ahead of the upcoming General Elections.
Anna said that Mamata was the only chief minister who came forward to support him in his pro-people policies.
"She has promised to implement my 17 demands if she comes to power. If these policies are met, then they will help in improving the economy of the country," Anna said while addressing a press conference.
Anna further said that he will continue to work for the country and will neither support nor oppose Bharatiya Janata Party's (BJP) prime ministerial candidate Narendra Modi nor Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) chief Arvind Kejriwal.
