News X: Rahul Gandhi reaches out to tribal women in his road show

Congress vice president Rahul Gandhi's road show in Jharkhand on Friday will pave way for interaction between the Gandhi scion and common people from a cross section of society. It will enable Rahul to chalk out steps to revive his party and its support base.
Elaborate security arrangements have been made for Rahul's visit. Special teams from Jharkhand Jaguar, Ranchi police, Ramgarh police and Hazaribag police will be on their toes during his visit. Cops will be deployed along the 100km stretch from Ranchi to Hazaribag where Rahul will organize the road show.
He is scheduled to land at Ranchi airport at 10.30am in a special aircraft, garland Bhagwan Birsa Munda at Birsa Chowk before heading for an interaction with the tribal women at a city hotel.
Jharkhand Pradesh Congress Committee (JPCC) president, Sukhdeo Bhagat, said, "Rahulji wants to know the problems faced by the tribal women and he wished to interact with them. Unlike other leaders, who only speak, Rahulji wants to listen. It is a unique initiative."
A customized gallery has been erected at a hotel where Rahul would interact with people. The gallery is surrounded on four sides by elevated benches. The benches are placed around a 1,500-odd sq ft area within which Rahul would pace up during his interaction. An official working at the site said, "The facility is modelled on the interaction programme he held with youth from across the country in Hyderabad."
