Second judge embroiled in sexual harassment case after justice Ganguly - NewsX

It is the National Green Tribunal Chairman and former Supreme Court Judge, Justice Swatatanter Kumar , who is named the in the sexual harassment complaint made by the second law intern in her complaint to the Supreme Court.
The important aspect in this allegation is that when the alleged incident took place the judge in this case was a sitting judge of the Supreme Court and the complainant was, officially, an intern in his office. However, in the case involving Justice Ganguly, who resigned two days ago, as chief of the West Bengal Human Rights Commission, when the alleged sexual harassment incident involving him took place, he had already retired from the apex court.
