On Tuesday, Lalu Prasad had gone to pay homage at Chinnamasta Temple, located in Ramgarh district of Jharkhand.Before entering into the temple, Lalu made the officer in-charge clean his feet.DSP Ashok Kumar seemed more than willing to please Lalu prasad. Instead of being shameful for his act, he even went to justify it by offering flimsy explanations. Lalu ji needed water to clean his feet, so I poured some on his feet.Besides, Lalu ji is from my village, and we have known each other since childhood.
