Caught in a Catch-22 situation on Telangana, Union home minister Sushilkumar Shinde on Tuesday issued a veiled warning to Congress MPs from Seemandhra to desist from going ahead with the no-confidence motion on Telangana bill. "They all are from a disciplined party. If there is any such indiscipline, the party will take action," Shinde said.
