Law intern case: Delhi police makes a move in the Ganguly molestation case - NewsX

The Delhi police has now sought advice and opinion of Additional solicitor general Siddharth Luthra. They have also written to the law intern asking her to file a formal complaint.
The chairman of the Bar Council of India Manan Mishra has also called for a fair probe in the case. He said that an FIR should be filed against the former SC judge and action taken if he is guilty, but if innocent stringent action must be taken against the complainant for trying to malign the judge's reputation.
