After being asked to depose before a magistrate, Shoma Chaudhury, former Managing Editor of Tehelka magazine will be recording her statement on Saturday before a magistrate (under Section 164).

Shoma Chaudhury has confirmed that she will be deposing before a magistrate on Saturday.

The 3 witnesses are also to record their statements in Goa.
