BJP on Wednesday said that minority group has misused Article 370 to keep progressive legislation out of Jammu & Kashmir.
Addressing a press conference in the capital, BJP spokesperson, Nirmala Sitharaman said "A small minority has misused Article 370 to keep progressive legislation out of Jammu & Kashmir. Who has denied the people of Jammu & Kashmir their rights? The discrimination is against women and other groups. It is the turn of every politician of J&K to say who is really misleading the people of India.
