New Delhi: A day after giving a clarification on his black paint protest outside the residence of former Tehelka managing editor Shoma Chaudhury, Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) leader Vijay Jolly said on Saturday that police in Delhi were politically prosecuting and persecuting him at the behest of the ruling Congress Party.

He claimed he had been interrogated by the police for over four hours at the behest of a central minister for protesting outside Chaudhury's home on Thursday.
