Flight carrying Former Tehelka Editor-in-chief has landed in Goa, and police are waiting on the tarmac, blocking all the exits to ensure he does not get away. Despite reports that Tejpal's arrest is imminent, police officials have reportedly said that they have not received any orders for his arrest. Meanwhile Tejpal's bail plea hearing is currently underway in a Goa sessions court. Police will escort him directly to the session's court.
