Bikaner: Congress vice president Rahul Gandhi on Tuesday highlighted the achievements and flagship schemes of the Congress-led UPA government, while taking a pot shot at the ruling BJP for lack of development in Rajasthan.

Addressing a gathering of Congress supporters in Chittorgarh, Rahul said, "The Opposition talks about development but development for whom? Their speeches are about roads, airports, railway lines. They never talk about poor, about people."
