The central government has committed a "diplomatic blunder" by allowing Pakistan Prime Minister's National Security Advisor Sartaj Aziz to hold talks with the Kashmiri separatist leaders on "Indian soil", Bharatiya Janata Party president Rajnath Singh said on Sunday.
