Srinagar: Congress vice-president Rahul Gandhi addressed a rally at Lassipora in Pulwama in Jammu and Kashmir on Thursday where he stressed empowerment of the panchayat leaders. He said the states see too much centralisation of power and the local people should contribute in the running of the government.
