The Karnataka government is all set to launch a new scheme 'Bidayee' to help poor Muslim girls by providing financial assistance for their marriage.
Come November 1, and Muslim brides from families with annual income less than Rs 1.5 lakh can claim financial support of Rs 50,000 either in cash, gold or house hold articles from the state government.
