New Delhi: Soon after Narendra Modi ended his speech in Patna, his political rival Rahul Gandhi began addressing a rally in poll-bound New Delhi on Sunday.

Stressing on the development in Delhi, the Conress Vice President said that the Sheila Dikshit government has transformed New Delhi and turned it into an educational hub. Interestingly, Rahul Gandhi did not use the venue to take on Modi, who has been targetting the Congress leader in his recent speeches.
