The denials made by Pakistan notwithstanding, the neighboring country continues to protect and shield Dawood Ibrahim and Hafeez Saeed, two of the most wanted terrorists in India.
While Dawood lives in Karachi and is protected by ISI agents, Saeed is provided protection by the Pakistani government on par with a visiting head of state, LeT operative Abdul Kareem Tunda has confessed in his statement to the Special Investigative Team (SIT).
