Textbooks Scam : Government move to appease minorities in Karnataka

The Congress is leaving no chance to appease the minorities in Karnataka... the recent being de-saffronising state board textbooks in the state. The Congress-led government in the state accuses the BJP of misrepresentating facts in history and science textbooks...
The government also appointed an expert commission to look into allegations of saffronisation of textbooks during the BJP regime.
These include such "facts" in the Class 9 Science textbook that -Drona of the Mahabharata was the first test-tube baby born 7,500 years ago. Remember, Karnataka's BJP-led government had also tried to introduce the Bhagavad Gita in schools... a move that was thwarted by protests.
