The Prime Minister Manmohan Singh is said to skip the commonwealth heads of governmeet meet in Columbo next month, Not just Tamil Nadu CM or DMK Chief even Local Congress leaders have urged the PM to skip the meet.

This particular meet given the Human Rights record of the Sri Lankan government towards minorities in that state. This clearly proves that Prime Minister has put National interest over Regional Interest.
