Delhi records lowest temperature this season at 3.5 degree celcius

Delhi recorded its coldest day this season on Thursday when the minimum temperature dipped to 3.5 degree celsius. The sky is also expected to be clear with shallow to moderate fog in the morning during the next two days
Winds are extremely chilly in nature as they are blowing directly from Jammu and Kashmir and Himachal Pradesh that have recorded heavy snowfall during the last few days.
Trains were running late and cancelled due to dense fog in parts of north India.People have been waiting for so long.
