NewsX: Mentor not well, Yeddyurappa's wait gets longer

Bengaluru: Former chief minister B.S. Yeddyurappa's return to BJP is likely to be delayed owing to the poor health of his mentor and RSS pracharak M.C. Jayadev.

Sources close to Yeddyurappa told Deccan Chronicle that the Lingayat strongman wanted negotiations over merger of KJP with BJP to be happening in the presence of Jayadev.

For, Jayadev has advocated reinduction of Yeddyurappa during parleys with the top brass of RSS and senior central leaders of BJP. Besides, he also persuaded the former chief minister to return to BJP.
