Demonetisation Day 44: People still struggling to get cash to meet their daily home expenses

Almost 44 days after Centre took the decision to demonetize Rs. 500 and 1000 rupee note. Big question is how much situation has changed on the ground so far. Banks are still facing cash crunch, ATMs are still dry in many cities. Queues are not going down, pressure on banks increasing, digital transaction is still a far cry for most of the city traders. Though situation is slightly improving, majority of cities are facing cash crunch. Salary class still struggling to get cash to meet daily home expenses.
