Uttar Pradesh CM Akhilesh Yadav is all set to start his “Samajwadi Vikas Rath” Yatra today on a red coloured rath, having a life size picture of him riding a bicycle. SP president Mulayam Singh Yadav, along with other party leaders, will flag off the much-publicised rath yatra. The yatra is likely to throw normal life out of gear. Akhilesh is scheduled to visit Unnao where all schools will be closed to facilitate VVIP movement. Traffic on the busy Lucknow-Kanpur Highway is also likely to be affected.
