Continuing his tradition of celebrating Diwali with jawans, PM Modi will fly to Uttarakhand to celebrate Diwali with the troops of indo Tibetan border police. Last year PM Modi had visited Indian Army Jawans at the world's highest battlefield in Siachen. PM's visit to the Indo-Tibetan border is set to send strong signals to china who's been continuing to nag India on key issues. China had recently raised objection on US ambassador Richard Verma's visit to Tawang in Arunachal Pradesh. Also, china has been raising concerns over the proposed visit of Dalai Lama to Tawang. India on the other hand has called the visits as normal routine. China claims more than 90,000 sq km of territory in Arunachal Pradesh part of what it calls south Tibet.
