UP:Naughty stuff tried to do Ravan Dahan in morning

In Uttar Pradesh; Ghantaghar area a shocking incident took place where some people who were drunk tried to do Ravan dahan in Morning. Security guards and people of Ram Leela Commiittee have handed them to Police.
Police is investigating the accused.
