After raging an all out war against the government General toned down his attack.
Yesterday in his defence he had claimed that Army funds in J&K were used to pay ministers for stability but today he claimed he was misquoted and the funds were not for minister's personal or political use but for development.
But the general has spilled the beans and embarrassed the Indian fraternity by leaking India's biggest security secret.
