Nearly 100 city college students participated in the second Youth Parliament programme, organized by south Mumbai MP and minister of state for IT and shipping Milind Deora on Monday.

They debated about amending India's Juvenile Justice Act and the creation of Telangana wearing smart casuals and serious expressions while their proud parents clicked photos.
