Tonight with Deepak Chaurasia: If foreign tourists wear skirts, why is it a problem?

Union culture and tourism minister Mahesh Sharma is in the headlines for the wrong reasons again. This time he has advised foreign tourists not to wear skirts and other "skimpy clothes'' "for their own safety". He said they should understand that Indian culture is different from western culture. Sharma then went on to say that women tourists should also refrain from going out alone at night. This advice is part of a welcome kit being handed out to foreign tourists listing clear do's and don'ts. Needless to say the remarks have met with sharp criticism from all sides.
