Supreme Court ordered Unitech to return 15 crore

The Supreme Court has ordered Unitech to refund home-buyers over delayed housing projects in Noida including Unitech Burgundy and Unitech Exquisite. Unitech has told the apex court that it does not have money to pay back home buyers. The apex court has now ordered Unitech to produce a list of buyers who want a refund.
