Delhi High Court gives a setback to Arvind Kejriwal

In a major setback to Delhi Government, the High Court on Thursday pronounced its judgement against the Delhi Government and in favour of Lieutenant Governor Najeeb Jung in the legal tussle over control of administrative issues and distribution of power in the national capital.
