Arvind Kejriwal attacks BJP, what's 'legal' for BJP is 'illegal' for AAP

Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal today attacked the centre saying that when the BJP appointed parliamentary secretaries it was legal and constitutional, but when AAP does the same, it's illegal and unconstitutional.
