Coal Scam : More hurdles in CBI probe in coalgate scam

First Missing files and now no permission to question 3 key bureaucrats associated with the coal block allocation scam. CBI's probe into the the Coalgate Scam seems to be hitting one hurdle after the other.
The CBI had approached DoPT for permission to question advisory to the PM TKA Nair, Chief Election Commissioner VS Sampath and Election Commissioner HS Brahma.
But reports now suggest that DoPT has turned down CBI's request. The Agency will now inform SC at the next hearing on the Scam on September 10.
