Suspended and jailed Gujarat IPS Officer DG Vanzara, accused of several Fake Encounter Cases has resigned.
In an explosive letter sent to the Gujarat Government, Vanzara put the entire blame on Chief Minister Narendra Modi and Amit Shah, saying the two did not protect the State's Policemen. He said, CBI should also arrest 'policy formulators' as his team only 'implemented orders'.
