Lok Sabha speaker Meira Kumar cracking the whip suspended 12 members from Andhra Pradesh who have been agitating against the decision to form Telangana and paralyzing the house. The action comes a day after the govt's efforts to bring a motion of suspension for 10 members was scuttled.
