A 13-year-old boy throwing balloons falls from balcony in Pitampura, Delhi

A 13-year-old boy was critically injured after he fell off a balcony while throwing water balloons on the road in s Pitampura area. The boy is recuperating in a hospital where his condition is stated to be critical but stable. The police said no complaint was made into the incident but they instructed parents to keep a eye on children while celebrating Holi. The incident happened on March 19 afternoon when Arthav Jindal, a resident of Shalimar Bagh, was playing with water balloons with his cousins at his uncle’s house in Pitampura area.
