Government slept over the whistle blower's letter for over 12 years. But Uma Shankar Mishra constantly followed his case both with Government so as in court.
Acting on the complaint of Uma Shankar dated 23rd January 2012, under secretary of Union Home Ministry ordered IB probe in March 2012. IB has filed its report in the High Court of Meghalaya, which is likely to be opened on 21st August 2013. Meanwhile Uma has also filed three write petitions in Meghalaya high court in the year 2012. CBI disowns from taking up the investigations and IB report is yet to open, would Uma Shankar Mishra's efforts concerning national security will go in vain.
