Vijay Mallya left country despite a look out notice issued by CBI

CBI was aware of the fact the liquor baron Vijay Mallya has left the country. The Agency informed the Immigration Department that Mallya has left the country on March 2nd. A look out notice was issued against Vijay Mallya by the CBI and yet he left the country on 2nd March.
