Speak out India: Are good speeches a criteria for a capable Prime Minister?

It's India's 67th Independence day and it's also a day when an aspiring Prime Minister took on the prime minister of the country in a no-holds bar faceoff. One spoke from the hearts of India's power centre at Red Fort, while the other spoke from a relatively unknown Lalan college in the Kutch desert.

Prime Minister Manmohan Singh applauded UPA for the various schemes launched for the betterment of the nation and highlighted the importance and the need of the Food Security bill.
But BJP's Campaign Chief , Narendra Modi, launched a point by point scathing attack on Singh from Lalan College in Bhuj slamming him for misguiding the nation.
