Both the houses reconvene after disruptions in the morning. Uproar continued in both the houses of Parliament. Miffed by continues disruptions Hamid Ansari slammed the MPs for their unruly behavior and called the house a federation of anarchists. He said all the rules in the book have been violated by the MPs.

Similar scenes were witnessed in Lok Sabha where opposition cornered UPA and Omar government for inaction in Kishtwar violence.
