NewsX: Government tables Food Bill in Parliament

Government managed to table its ambitious and expensive Food Bill in the Parliament. On the face of it, the Bill if passed, will help the Government to provide 5 kg of subside green monthly to nearly 8 hundred million poor people. But the Government critics claim that the food bill is a political master stroke by the Congress to win the crucial General Elections.
