Big relief for BSP supremo Mayawati in the disproportionate assests case against her. The supreme court today dismissed the review petition saying that their earlier order was confined to Taj Corridor case and that they never ordered an inquiry into the disproportionate case against her.

The Supreme Court had on July 6 quashed the nine-year-long disproportionate assets case against her and had pulled up the CBI for exceeding its jurisdiction by lodging an FIR against her without any direction from it.
