NewsX: Monsoon session day 4 Defence Minister Antony makes a fresh statement

The Defence Minister AK Antony made a complete U-turn in Parliament today and clarified on the details of the attack on Indian army men at the LoC two days ago. The opposition welcomed this clarification but the govt continues to face the heat on it's earlier statement which tried to gave Pak army a clean chit. Did the govt try to lie on the matter first?
