Delhi faces civic crises after MCD workers goes on strike

The national capital is heading for trouble as over 1.5 lakh MCD employees have gone on an indefinite strike alleging they haven't been paid salaries for three months. The striking MCD workers have upped the ante by threatening to hold demonstrations and pile up garbage across various zones. They have also threatened to hold protests outside the residence of Delhi ministers by burning their effigies and pile up garbage.
