Delhi Transport Minister Gopal Rai boards DTC bus to inspect 'odd-even' rule

Delhi Transport Minister Gopal Rai boarded a DTC bus on Friday to inspect the implementation of the odd-even vehicle rationing formula that kicked off in the national capital.

During the bus ride, Rai assessed the impact of the scheme and whether people were following it or not. He seemed overwhelmed with the response.
