Just 48 hours are left for the trial of odd-even formula for cars in Delhi but there seem to be no end to the tussle over the scheme. Congress leader Manish Tewari has now asked Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal to explain how he will fine defaulters. "Arvind Kejriwal could you please enlighten people under what sections of Motor Vehicles Act would you challan an odd vehicle on an even day," said Tewari.
