NewsX: Passenger security will be highly compromised if Air India's directive to reduce two engine acceleration altitude to 800 feet is executed.
Air India management is at loggerheads with the Indian pilot association over a directive ordering pilots to reduce two engine accelaration speed from 1500 feet to 800 feet.
After ICPA refused to follow the directive a 5 examiners committee was formed which conducted simulation test at Central Training Establishment on A320-I with V2500 engine as well A320 with CFM Engine..
